Mobile Header - Image Blurry

I've wasted about an hour so far on trying to figure out why a simple 200 x 20 graphic I am uploading to use as the Mobile Header logo continues to look blurry. Completely stumped.
I've created it in PS CC 2015, 200 x 20 with a resolution of 72. Simple white text on a colored background. Text is set to smooth. Font is Arial Narrow.
What in sam's hell am I doing wrong?
