I see mobile friendly problem time and again, sometimes retesting shows good result but again shows problem. Could you guys check if something is wrong,

this is due to the page not being optimized.
The more requests the site makes or the larger the files sizes can lead to the mobile friendly test timing out and not loading the necessary stylesheets and scripts. This leads to a broken layout and the errors you sometimes see.
