mobile dropdown menu isnt workin well by clicking

the mobile dropdown menu (where the sample... or sidebar layouts arrow are) is opening when you just touch it. but on my sites, for e.x: https://www.david-frenkel.co.il/ and there are others when i have a dropdown menu - when trying to open it in mobile it's not pressing well... i need to press it twice or so before it opens immediately.
1st - why?
2nd - can i make it like your demo which is great.
