Mobile aligned social icons

to obtain icons in the menu bar, the problem is that in the display of the mobile menu, the icons are one under the other ...
Would there be a possibility for them to be aligned on the same line ?

Is it possible to display them in menu snapshots, to the left of the hamburger menu on mobile ?
