Missing Site Header options when creating a new element

Hello!
I just purchased the GP Premium and im having issues setting up my header. I followed the video to create a hero element underneath the navigation. Now im trying to create a header that merges with the navigation.
My issue is when I create a new element, the site header options that should be there, aren't. When I click site header I only see the "Merge with Content" option, and the "Navigation Location" Option.
Im missing many other options, I can't even upload a Logo.
Any help is appreciated!
Hi there,
The logo options will only show up if there's already a logo set in the Customizer.
The other options will display in that tab once you enable the merge with header option.
