Missing Page Headers

I have been using the Generate Press theme and premium plugin for several sites for over a year. I've never had this issue before. In the wordpress admin, the Page Headers link is missing from the left sidebar. It normally sits at the bottom under Settings. I'm stumped as to what I've done wrong to make it not show?

Hi Chris,
Page header has been replaced with the new and improved Header Element a few versions ago.
