Missing menu bar

Hi,
Main menu bar on my page is missing. When I am logged in it is visible but for non logged in users it is missing. I already updated Theme and GP Premium plug-in to the latest version. I saw in plugin history that last version had entry about missing menu but for me it desn't work :(

Uhh looks like it is something wrong with last update of User Access Manager plugin :( sorry.
Ok, so I rolled back to the older version of UAM plugin and menu is still not visible. So new update of GP Premium is generating issue with https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-access-manager/
It works with other themes. Please fix this.
