[Resolved] Missing header menu with Elementor?

Hy guys, wonderful theme!
today I can’t get out of this box, and can’t understand the error.
I’m using Elementor, all is great by now, except the header menu, that is not showing at all.
I can see it in the “Customize preview”, but when I’m going to try the site, the header simply disappear.

Is there maybe something that I’ve not done, or is there any kind of incompatibility?

Hi there,

If you see it in preview but not on live site then it’s generally a caching issue.

Any caching plugin? Can also try clearing browser cache as well.

If not can you provide a link to your site? Thanks!

Unfortunately it’s not a caching problem I think… I’ve just erased my browser cache and I’ve not a cache plugin on.

Merging would be great (and the best option), but actually a normal header menu would be fine (at least to try the menu), the problem is that I can’t get neither one of them 🙂
I’ve read that post before and tried to merge, but unfortunately it does not go well…

Yes! Don’t remember why (I was trying something and I forgot it there). 🙂
Now I’ve erased it, but unfortunately I’ve still got the same problem, the basic header menu is showed in the preview, but not in the site…
It’s really a mistery…

Hmm weird all I see is Elementor content on that page.

Is Sections enabled on that page? If so can you try disabling it?

Yes, it was enabled, I’ve disabled it, but still no header… it’s really weird!

Yes, because I’m working on that 😉

Basically the “problem” was that I’ve the “Elementor Canvas” template on… so it was hiding the navigation.

I guess it was something stupid that I did 😀
