Missing Drop Down Arrows On Menu

Hello,
I've noticed on my website instead of drop-down arrows on the menu there's just a blank box on a computer, and a box with a cross on it on mobile. How do you fix this issue? Thanks

the icon is being served from a https://www address, try rebuilding your permalinks with a plugin like:
https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/velvet-blues-update-urls/
