Missing Author Boxes

Hi guys,
I have been using GP for about a year now. Awesome! BUT just yesterday I lost my Author Boxes all of a sudden. See https://tangerinedrops.com/5-amazing-hair-growth-foods-you-should-be-eating-daily/
Pls help me to get them back.

How were you adding the author boxes? GeneratePress doesn't have that option by default.

I did not "add" them. They were there from the beginning. And now they are not...just gone.
GeneratePress itself has never had author boxes as an option. Perhaps you had a plugin activated?
No I did not. As I said the original WP author boxes have been since beginning. I have not made changes to back end, and still they are now gone. Pls help me figure this out if you can.
Do you know what it looked like? Any example you can show me?
WordPress itself doesn't have author boxes, and neither does GeneratePress. There must be something else going on.
If you're able to show me what it looked like, I might be able to figure it out :)

That author box is integrated with the theme you're using there.
However, nothing like that exists in our theme.
You could use a plugin like this though: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-author-box/
Ben, I know that GP does not have their own Author boxes. I'm just wondering why I lost the original WP boxes.
I'm afraid I'd need to know how they were added in the first place to know why they would disappear. My first guess would be that they were coded into the parent files of the theme. When you update the theme, those files are replaced with fresh ones.
