Minimalist and Full Screen Menu

Hi guys,

How can I achieve this layout where I only have the 3 little bars at the top right and once you click on it, it displays the menu full screen?

I have currently set my slide out navigation but it only shows like a sidebar background and if i disable primary menu, my little bars also disappear for the slide out navigation.
