Migrating to new domain?

Has anyone here migrated their website to a new domain? We are considering updating our domain (we have a hyphen in the URL and want to change it). What's the best approach for doing so? Do I need to 301-redirect each page to a new page?

Using a plugin like Duplicator would be my personal choice.
