Migrated Domian

On Both Dev Domain and THEN LIVE DOMAIN same sversions
Using WP 5.2.2
Generate Press Premium 1.8.3
Beaver Builder 2.2.4.3
Duplicate Page 3.9
Updraft 2.16.16.1
In old domain (original dev) used Duplicate Page to "duplicate Home Page" ALL FINE
Migrated Domain to Live
Page will NOT Duplicate proper
When it does duplicate IT IS MISSING ALL Images etc. ONLY the "OLD" default type from the Branded Paul Lacey Template appears - zero image, zero formatting comes with it.
The home page works fine and displays fine, and edits fine. CANNOT Duplicate.Migration using Updraft was/seemed fast and no hitches

It sounds like the migration wasn't successful. You might need to check with the Updraft support team, as we're not familiar with their plugin.
You can also try it again. I usually use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
Jumping back into this thread from your other topic.
So, the actual migration went well, but the ability to duplicate your imported pages using the "Duplicate Page" plugin you mentioned above is broken. Is that right? Sorry, totally misunderstood initially.
If you create a new page (not one of the imported ones), does the plugin duplicate the page correctly? Wondering if it's only a conflict with the imported pages.
