Meta Not Showing on some Categories

I am having an issue with the link to categories showing on category archive pages.
What is strange, is that it is working on some categories and not on others.
That is strange.
I was wondering if you could take a look. I have a link to a category that works and one that doesn't.

Can you clear and disable any caching plugins you are using?
Any custom functions added?
