Merge with site header issues when using revolution slider

Thank you for this, yes I have already used the functionality for other headers. So this is not the issue.

I'm building my site on flywheel local so I don't think you would be able to view anything.

Can you duplicate the problem on a live server? Really hard for us to tell without seeing the site.
