Merge Top Bar with Primary Menu

Hi there, I've added a samll menu to the top bar. On mobile it looks a little bit bulky (see image). 
In Astra they have an option to merge the top bar with the primary menu for mobile. Would this also be possible with Generatepress?

Not yet, but maybe I will come back to this!
I think another solution would be to use a different menu for mobile (found it in the documentation) and deactivate the Top bar for mobile devices. Would it be possible to deactivate the top bar for mobile devices only?
