Merge navigation in Uno site theme

Hi, Has anyone successfully merged the navigation and content in the Uno theme, so that the header and navigation overlays the hero background image, without having to recreate and recode from scratch the hero section in the Element?

Simply create a page hero with the settings here suggested in the article below should work:

You can leave the page hero content blank.
