Merch horizontal menu

Hi, I've been trying to figure out a way to implement a simple horizontal menu (after header / before content) but seems like the Merch template only has 2 menu locations.
Tried using the elements to add a block/hook unsuccessfully.
What am I missing here?

Figured out customizing the template/navigation.
