Menu with sub topics disappearing

hi! i just have been having a problem with my main menu on the items with submenu it keeps disappearing when the mouse over effect whould keep it available to click.

Tested several times and still don't see the issue.
Can you try browser incognito mode to eliminate any browser extension conflicts?
Does it happen on every page?
