menu width setting

My overall primary navigation menu needs to be set to wider, but I cannot find where to change it. I figured it out! my widget is not floating currently so it is pushing the menu over.
Can you help me with making my widget float (sticky)? I tried the plugin that you recommended "Sticky Menu (or Anything!) on Scroll" and it conflicted with beaver builder.
