Menu Plus not showing logo option in customizer

I did this successfully with another site just a couple of days ago, but I can't figure out why it's not working on this site. Can you take a look?
I can load the site logo, but can't see the option in the customizer.
It's a new site, as you can probably tell by me using the IP address--it doesn't have a DNS address yet.

No, in the navigation menu. I was able to add it to the site identity with no problem. The option to add a logo to the navigation menu is not even showing up.
That option has actually been replaced with the use navigation as a header option and sticky navigation logo option in recent version of GP Premium:

Does that work for you? Or you are wanting a logo in the header and in static navigation as well?
