menu not spanning full page

In my Avery footer, I created a single footer widget and added a menu with 3 tabs. However, it is showing up single-file in the center of the footer, even though I only have 1 widget and set the "footer width" and "inner footer width" both to "full." I cannot figure out why the menu items are not spanning the full page.
