Menu Navigation Not Responding in Flywheel Staging

Hello,
I am creating a test or Staging website using Generate Press, via the hosting site FlyWheel.
I made some changes to the home page, and now for whatever reason the Navigation Menu on the Home page will not respond. There is supposed to be a drop down of links upon hovering over the Menu (Home, News, Contact Us, etc) I don't recall changing anything to the navigation or menu settings using Generate Press.
Is there a setting I may have accidentally selected to cause the Menu to be completely unresponsive?
Ooops, looks like the Menu navigation only works when I scroll down and the Menu stays at the top when scrolling.
Is there a way to get the Menu navigation to respond when the user scrolls all the way to the top of the page?
