Menu item opening

Hello,

On my website, there is an menu item called Tours - it is not a page in itself, but instead groups other pages under it. I found through some tests that the customers do not really click on the arrow to open the submenu, hence missing the important part of navigation. Is it possible to make this menu item behave like a drop down trigger for the submenu? (click Tours and submenu drops down)
