how can I integrate the menu (with the logo) inside the header, above but inside... is it possible?

something like in your "donate" template...

And I have also a second question. I like the responsive menu from your template "donate". How can I imitate it? What is the correct way to do it? I don´t want to load the hole template, because the actual template would be overwritten and I don´t want this...
