menu going wonky and causing pages to not be mobile friendly

Hi,

Every now and them my 2 menu bars go strange on mobile. I have a top menu bar with socials and then a primary with my pages etc. They block out black and are unusable. When google sees these menu's it gives me warnings that my clickable elements are too close together and the writing is too small to read.

It seems to come and go.

Any thoughts?
