menu dropdown isn't working on tablet or phone view

Hi, I've had GP Premium installed on my site at andrewharkin.net and the menu dropdown has always worked on desktop, tablet & phone view
However, now it doesn't.
Please explain in English - eg non techy lingo - how I can fix this please?
Hi there,
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
