Menu Color Shows in Admin, Not to Visitor

I have built an empty shell of a website using the latest versions of GeneratePress and Premium. I set the menu background color to blue. It looks right when I look at the menu in the Admin, or when I preview the site while logged in to Admin. However, when I log out and look at the site, the menu is the default dark gray. I've emptied my cache, tried both Firefox and Chrome, and viewed the site from a different computer. The problem persists. I'd appreciate any suggestions about what the problem may be.

That's usually a caching issue.
Can you try purge and disable Endurance cache first?
