[Resolved] Mellow Theme spacing

I have just installed the Mellow theme on my new website.

I have managed to find my way around most of it, but now it seems like there is a large gap between my Menu and the blog posts – so much so you need to scroll before you can even see the headers. To note this is in relation to looking on a desktop (not mobile).

I have installed the Spacing element but cannot work out exactly where I need to amend this to bring them closer together.

That part is configured in the header element section:

Try reducing the top and bottom padding:
