Mellow Theme Questions

I just bought the premium Generate Press and like the Mellow theme. I do have a few questions.
1.Where can I find the main (largest image) and how do I change it?
2.I would like to add 1 more box blog post (to the front page display) how do I do that?
3.I would like to change the color and font of the primary navigation menu. How do I do that?
Thanks for any and all help to this Generate Press newbie.

1. That's created without Header Elements module:

2. So to fill the space on the bottom right corner? If so simply create one more post.
3. The navigation colors are set specifically for this page hero so it should be under the Site Header tab of that page hero: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/#site-header
