Media Library not showing photos from MAC photos folder

Hi,

I can see photos that are on my desktop but when I click "select files" and go to "Media - Photos" on my mac I can't see any. Please help.

Hi there,

Media Library is a core WordPress functionality so GP has no control over it at all.

So the you can upload photos no problem from a Windows computer?

If so you will need to raise this issue with WordPress support.

Hey Leo,

Sorry for the delayed response - I was traveling and away from wifi. I haven't tested the issue on a Windows computer. I'll try and work with it today and see if the media library is more cooperative.

Hi there,

the Mac Photos folder is not a 'normal' folder - you would need to move your images to a new folder on your hard drive.
