Media Attachment

We want to add a template to Media Attachments. We are able to get Elementor to add the header, however, something either WP or GP or something else is including the footer and a random search box that floats up around the header. Is there a place in GP to set what is displayed like in posts/pages that uses the Layout Metabox so we can exclude or include page parts? Thank you, Geoffrey
