Marketer site layout - how do I change the header image?

I imported "Marketer" settings from the Site Library, but for the life of me cannot figure out how to remove the site-logo and header-image. I've looked in the Customizations and Elements.

This is probably a really simple change and I appreciate any help with it.

It's using the navigation logo:

This leads me to another question, is there documentation for the layouts in the Site Library?

No there currently isn't unfortunately.

We might start to add a "How To" page/post within each template in the site library.

Will look into how to make it easier :)
