Marketer Site but with Featured Posts

hmm, what do you mean with featured post option?

I need on the home page all the post, like a normal blog. But above these regular posts, i would like to place some handpicked posts (2 or 3). And these handpicked posts should have a different design.

I'm referring to the featured post option in the customizer:

If you want to hand pick some posts, then you will need a plugin like Tom's WP Show Posts:

Then insert them using Hooks Elements on the blog page only:
