Making Site Mobile Responsive

My website features 6 small images in columns followed by featured boxes. On a desktop the layout looks fine but on mobile the images are not responsive. Is there any way to have the images align in vertical pairs on a mobile?

Try using the grid block from GB instead of the columns block from WP core to build this layout:
