Making content width larger and sidebar content smaller

Hi, I have my site set up for sidebar - content - sidebar but the sidebars seem way too large. Is there a way to make them smaller? Thank you.
Hi Tom, thanks for this response. Great that there is a way to work around this. So, I downloaded GP awhile ago and I don't see this as an option that I downloaded at the time. So, how do I update? Do I need to reinstall the whole thing again? Thank you!
You can make sure GP Premium is updated like this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/updating-gp-premium/
If it's up to date, make sure the "Spacing" module is activated in "Appearance > GeneratePress".
