Making a post catagory header not sticky

Okay so I have a sticky header that is displayed for the entire site. However I want to create custom post headers that have things like post tile and author that are not sticky. But every time I add a header its getting attached to the sticky header. I have tried creating a class and adding position static with !important but the post header just will not unstick?

where are you adding these custom post headers ?
using a elements for several of the post categories. The post first one I am targeting is "What People Say" so if you go to the blog from the menu the top right post is one that's in that category so you can see how the blue header is sticking too.
Never mind I feel so silly now. If I add it as a block instead of a header element it works just fine and doesn't stick.
