Main section of the Zeal demo site not eiditable

... dont know this template (zeal) - but if it is taken out of the gp library, the header 'section' likely insnt any elementor section, but build with gp header.
so no chance to edit with elementor, but has to be done within gp. prove me wrong, but i'm pretty sure i'm not :).

The Zeal template comes from the GP site library.

So how am I supposed to edit that specific section of the home page exactly? From where?

Zeal is using GP Header Element:

you can get to them and edit from Appearance > Elements.
