Sorry to keep bothering you guys with simple stuff...
Is there anyway to get the header to stay between the top bar and main navigation?
I did try to read some older posts about this issue but could not find a way to make it work.
Is adding code the only way to do this?

Yeah, I'm changing it on that menu, but somehow it doesn't move the main navigation :(
By the way, I'm using a Element Header now.
Your navigation is already below header.
Is that all you want for the page hero?
If so I can't see why you couldn't just upload the image as the site logo.
I need that to go there.
Have you tried my suggestion above about uploading that image as the site logo?
