Main image (Disappeared)

I start most blog posts with a main image under the title. Today, these main images have disappeared when I view each post but the image can be seen clearly and correctly when I edit the post. Why is this please?

Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?

You were right it was a conflict with a plugin. In my case an optimiser plugin by my hosting provider Siteground. The plugin is called SGoptimiser, which has now been disabled.
And the main image is back...

That plugin typically shouldn't cause issues. Did you try clearing its cache to see if that fixed it?
