Hi I have install mailchimp in my site sidebar, but the form is not showing property, seems CSS be broken.

I'm not exactly sure I understand what the issue is.
To clarify: Can you provide a mockup image or a screenshot of what the Mailchimp form is supposed to look like?

Is it a line break issue? If that's the case, your form has a lot of <br> elements in it. You can edit them out within MC4WP's form editor UI.
