Loud-Link Not Working

Hi,
loud-link which gives it a nice CSS effect is no longer working. I looked around and can't figure out why it stopped. Can you please look into it?

What is the nice CSS effect?
I can still see the color change when hovering. I assume there should be more effect?
Can you show us how did you set the effect?
And please keep your cache plugin deactivated if you are using one.
It would underline the link. For an example, take a look at this site.
The menu and any link would have a slow extending underline effect.
You can ignore this request. Somehow height: 2px was deleted.
