Lost GP theme settings

Hi, I'm developing a site in Local. I went into the DB and edited the logo path to fix an https issue. After that, some of the GP theme settings are gone. For instance, the setting for the logo width was gone. All of the Typography Manager settings I added are gone (H1 font sizes, etc). All of the changed colors are back to the theme defaults.
I'm still in the same child theme as before.
Can I retrieve the old settings from a backup of the DB and edit them back in? Or at least use the backup as a reference?

do you have a backup of the site ?
If so it may be simpler to rollback - and then fix the Logo issue by simply uploading a renamed logo file so it will have the HTTPS.
Thanks, that probably would have been easier. My backup situation is confusing, because I'm using Local by Flywheel, so I ended up reading the values out of wp_options : generate_settings from a Time Machine backup of the database. It was tedious, but worked out OK.
Going forward, I'll use the GP customizer settings export periodically as a backup.
