Here is a screenshot of a section to be edited, but the content is missing. It shows up on the website but I cannot add to or edit any pages

On one of my pages (https://iasp.info/wspd2018/activities/) I am getting the following error

Warning: fgetcsv(): delimiter must be a character in /home/iasp9999/public_html/wspd2018/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/lib/phpExcel/PHPExcel/Reader/CSV.php on line 280

Looks like that's a problem coming from wpdatatables plugin.

Oddly enough though the same plugin works well on another page https://iasp.info/wspd2018/cycle-around-the-globe-participants-and-distances/

Hard for us to tell what's causing it unfortunately.
