Losing layout in some categories

Hi Support,

in one of my websites I have a layout with a top menu, in the menu there are links and categories (Reviews, Articles, News), I also have in the general layout 3 widgets on the right column and 3 footer widgets.
Something weird is happening, in all the pages, including the category reviews I can see all the widgets, however I lose widgets and footers when in the Articles and News categories.
I can't see any specific setting to get a different layout for different categories.
I recently updated to the last version 1.3.29 but I am not sure if this happened before or after the upgrade.

Thank you in advance for helping

Hi there,

Can you link me to a page where the widgets are displaying and to a page where they aren't displaying?

Hi Tom,

I found the issue, the html code was stopping when loading the image of one of the blog posts, once I removed the image all the pages started to load properly.
If you think it is a bug I can reproduce the issue so you can check, otherwise thank you for your help and quick response.

Luca

That's odd - an image you added inside your content or a featured image you set?

The featured image

Was it being resized by the options in the Customizer (Customize > Blog > Post Images)?

Yes it was, I have a setting of Post Image Width Auto and Post Image Height 150px, I have already images resized correctly this is the first time it happens

What happens if you remove the height?

I have a new version with a new image resizer. Any chance I could get you to test it out? If so, shoot me an email to support@generatepress.com.

Just sent you a version to try - it should allow you to use the image size options.
