[Support request] looking for a plugin for automatically insert my latest Youtube video

I am looking for a plugin/or easy way to automatically insert my latest youtube video into the right sidebar widget.
I am not an HTML or FTP or a programmer.
I just need a simple way to do this.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
