Logo won't change and footer won't display

1. Another issue- I just activated one of the site library themes on a new site (hobbynerds)
but it won’t let me change the logo:
as you can see I’ve added my own logo in all possible areas, but it still isn’t updating.
2. And the other issue- I’ve added a Footer Menu, but it doesn’t appear in the Footer.

2. Where are you adding the footer menu? In the footer widget or footer bar widget?
