George
When I load a logo at 200 x 30 (or any other size), I get an error:
See the Cropping Tool, but the IMG is broken, the crop tool is broken and I see no logo, and I cannot crop.
If I select skip cropping, the logo does not load and I just see a broken IMG placeholder.
The very first time I tried this with a different logo file, WordPress/GeneratePress allowed the cropping tool to load and the file name changed to add characters to the end of the file name:
Clinica-Logo-horizontal-rev2-e1567976962690.png [-e1567976962690] are not part of the name I used.
This is for a site that will live behind a firewall to allow people to cancel their doctor’s appointment, so the site currently sits on a localhost on our server. Don’t have a URL you can hit.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
What was the error, exactly?
Those extra characters in the filename are added by WordPress when you resize an image.
Skipping the cropping should definitely work. If it isn’t, it could be:
a) A plugin causing the error
b) A server setting causing the errorCan you upload images in the Media Library normally?
