Logo Placement

I am trying to place my logo into the header to the left of the site title. After sizing and downloading the logo, it always appears in the center and under my site title. I would like to move it to the left and across from the site title, how do I do this?

Keep in mind that there needs to be enough space in order for the title and logo to be inlined.
Currently, it doesn't look like there is enough space. You will need to either make the title and tagline font smaller or the container size bigger:
