Logo on top of background image

I'm trying to change over my website to a parallax view and can't figure out how to place my logo on top of the background image. Is this not possible?
You can do this using the Page Header add-on.
First, you need to add content to the content area in order to use your image as a background image.
Then go to the "Advanced Settings" tab, and enable the "Merge with site header" option.
